Sensory Friendly Movie Screening
On the second Saturday of each month, the GFWC Grundy Woman's Club partners with the Grundy Community Center to host a Sensory Friendly Movie Screening.
Beginning at 2 p.m., this special screening features dim lighting, lower volume, and the freedom to move about the theater. It is specifically for those with sensory disorders, like autism.
Free tickets are available at multiple locations throughout Buchanan County, including: Grundy National Bank in Hurley, TruPoint Bank in Oakwood, New Peoples Bank in Grundy, and G&J Grocery in Davenport.
